During the height of the corona virus pandemic the world's UHNW individuals bought and built more big boats than in any prior year. 

In the Lewpes office, we joked that it would be great if instead of building mega-yachts, people would build things that help the world.

We want our legacy to be that people have the skills to provide sustainable safe housing that allows them to progress their societies in a meaningful way.

By ensuring that clean water, renewable energy, safe building materials and practices and the skills to maintain and build further are provided to developing nations, we believe we can help stabilize the world by keeping more parts of it livable and sustainable throughout the coming decades.
